摘要
分析张仲景祛水诸法 ,认为其在具体运用发汗、利小便、攻下逐水三法时 ,是与调理脏腑气血阴阳相结合的 ,体现出治脏腑调气机是祛水之基 ,理阴阳助气化是祛水之根 ,调气血消瘀积是祛水之用的学术内涵 ,标本兼治 ,始终以调整人体内在的自我恢复能力为目的 ,其组方用药具有鲜明的规律性和科学性。
Analysing all of the methods taken by Zhang Zhongjing to remove the water,it is believed that he regulated Qi,blood,Yin and Yang of the entrails as well when he used diaphoresis,diuresis and purgation methods,which embodied the academic connotations that treating the entrailsand and regulating the activities of Qi is the base to remove water,regulating Yin and Yang and helping gasification is the fundamental to remove the water,while modifying Qi and blood and dismissing siltation is the way to remove the water.The medications that modifying self-recover ability of human body as the sole are full of vivid regularity and scientific characteristics.
