摘要
目的 减轻传染性软疣患者治疗中的痛苦。方法 利用多味中药配制成麻醉液在疣体上表面纱垫外敷 1 0分钟后 ,用血管钳夹挤皮损。结果 患者疼痛明显减轻 ,优于 2 %碘酊和利多卡因对照组。结论 利用中药表面麻醉液在挑疣中止痛 ,费用低 。
Objective To reduce the pains and the sufferings during the treatment for the infectivity molluscum.Methods The qauze matis dipped in the anaesthesia solution which is made use of many flavours Chinese herbal medicine. We put it on the molluscum about 10 minutes, and then broken the skin of the molluscum with blood vessel forceps.Results The solution is better than to use the 2% tincture of iodine and lidocaine, and the patients feel less pain.Conclusion Making use of the Chinese herbal medicine superficial anaesthesia solution at the molluscum can relieve pains. The expense is low and the treatment is effective. We believe that the method is worthy in the clinical application.
