摘要
采用Griffing(1956)方法I,利用6×6完全双列杂交,对6个冬小麦品种的子粒平均灌浆强度遗传机制进行了研究。结果表明:平均灌浆强度的一般配合力(GCA)效应、特殊配合力(SCA)效应和反交(R)效应均不同程度地达到显著和极显著水平,其均方比为1 2351∶1 7638∶1,以综合性状评价,河农2552品种为好。
Appling 6×6 complete dialed crossing design, calculated with Griffing I method, the combining abilities of kernel mean milking intensity of 6 wheat varieties were studied primarily. Result showed that the differences were very significant for the effects of general combining ability(GCA), special combining ability (SCA) and effects of reverse crossing (R) of mean kernel milking intensitysby variance analysis. The mean square ration was 1.235 1∶1.763 8∶1; In general, Henong 2552 was the best among all the tested varieties.
