摘要
进行了香根草的土壤盆栽及营养液栽培试验,结果表明,几种植物生长调节剂浸根对香根草的地上部、根系生长及根系形态指标等方面都产生不同程度的影响。吲哚丁酸(IBA)能较好地增加新根数量,对地上部生长及根系形态指标有较好的促进作用。从总体来看,几种植物生长调节剂对香根草的作用效果与一般作物相比均不理想。
The results showed all kinds of plant growth regulators had influenced on the shoot and root growth of Vetiveria zizanioides. IBA could significantly increase the number of new root, especially under hydroponic experiments. However, the effects of plant growth regulators on V. zizanioides were less desirable compared with other crops, which is more likely that V. zizanioides have strong resistance.
