摘要
本文从清代红楼戏改编的实际情况出发 ,以有没有形成独立的戏曲结构、并树立明确的主旨为标准 ,分析得出其改编模式有两种 :忠实地再现原著的内容 ;二度传达原著的精神内涵。尽管改编者并非有意识地采用这两种改编模式 ,只是艺术上的自发探索 ,却是很有益的尝试 ,对后世的改编具有很大的借鉴意义。
This paper seeks to examine indigenous operatic adaptations of A Dream in the Red Chamber in the Qing Dynasty. Two modes of adaptation are identified: (1) fidelity to the general contents of the original work; (2) reinterpretation of the theme of the original work. The definition of adaptation in this context is given on the presence of either an independent narrative structure or an explicit reading. It tries to demonstrate that these two models whether or not consciously adopted have impacted on later attempts of operatic adaptations of this literary masterpiece.
