摘要
民主革命时期、1949年至1978年及改革开放至今,中国共产党在不同时期对"三农"问题有着不同的认识。"三农"问题是贯穿中国现代化过程的基本问题,与中国共产党的使命和成败休戚相关。现阶段,党在处理现实中的"三农"问题时,要形成实事求是的认识论基础,要充分贯彻民主集中制组织原则,要在农村大力宣扬"三个代表"的重要思想。
The CPC acquired different knowledge about the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers in different periods, such as the democracy revolution period、the years from 1949 to 1978 and the reform and opening-up nowadays. They are the basic problems in the entire process of Chinese modernization and they have a close relation to the mission and success of the CPC. During the course of disposing the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, The CPC should fully implement the principle of democratic centralism and strongly advocate the important thoughts of the three representatives in the countryside but basing on seeking the truth from facts.
