摘要
提出了磷酸-氯化铝消除干扰,铝盐增敏火焰原子吸收法测定中草药中的微量钼的方法.方法线性范围为0.5~50ug.mL-1,当铝盐存在时,测定钼的灵敏度增加25%.该方法简单、快速、准确,已用于10种中草药中微量钼的测定,结果满意.
The new method for the determination of microamounts molybdenum in herbal medicine,based on the phosphoric acid-chbrination aluminium dissoluinginterference and the aluminium salt hancing in FAAS,has been developed.The linear range was 0.5~50 μg·mL^(-1).The sensitivity of determination of molybdenum was increased 25 percent when aluminium salt existed.It was proved to be a simple?rapid and accurate method,which had been applied to the determination of microamounts molybdenum in 10 kinds of herbal medicine with satisfactory results.
