摘要
以往对技术创新联盟的研究主要关注主体合作关系对联盟成败的影响.本文从技术创新的两阶段模型以及股权关系这两个角度出发,讨论了Hofstede的四个文化维度对企业技术创新联盟复合模式选择的影响.我们的分析表明当从更多不同的划分标准来考虑时,技术创新联盟模式与文化之间显示了更为复杂的匹配关系.
Many researchers have suggested the importance of equity ties in the formation of alliance; however, without considering the nature of joint venture may be inappropriate. Based on the results of former literatures this article analyzes the effect that the four dimensions of culture have on the propensity for enterprises to cooperate with other firms in line with the two stages of technology innovation and use equity ties in the formation of these alliances, and delineates an integrative model. It is argued that from the perspective of multi-lenses the match between the culture and the formation of technology alliance will be more complicated.
