详细分析大六角头高强螺栓联接的主要特点 ,并将其用于大型提煤箕斗设计和实践后 ,总结提升容器联接节点按承压型设计时 ,安全系数不小于煤矿安全规程规定的 13,同时将接点按摩擦型高强螺栓设计时 ,安全系数应不小于 4这个设计原则 。
This paper details the characteristic of big six angle high-strength bolt, and it is applied to design and practice of heavy skip. Sums up and raises such that the safe coefficient of joint of hoisting devices is not less than the number 13 in Coal Mine Safety Stipulation when it is designed in pressure load-bearing, and is not less than the number 4 when it is designed in friction mold high-strength bold. Also, the paper provides facts illustrative of the point and it is a guide to design and manufacture heavy skips or cages.
