摘要
从企业集群作为一种中间性组织形态的角度,系统地比较了它与其他中间性组织形态包括战略联盟、虚拟企业、企业集团的含义、产生基础、运行机制、竞争优势与适用范围,以借鉴其他中间性组织形式的优点,更好地指导企业集群的发展。
From the perspective of enterprise group as an inter-organization , this paper makes a systematic comparison between enterprise group and the forms of other inter-organizations, including strategy ally, virtual enterprise, the connotation of enterprise group, the basis, operation mechanism, competition adv antages and scope. The advantages of the forms of other inter-organizations can be adopted to facilitate the development of enterprise group.
