摘要
在行政价值关系中,行政活动的群众评价是其社会评价的重要形式之一。行政活动群众评价的特 点有三个:即客体评价、群体评价与伦理评价。
In the value system of administration, masses'assessment is one of the important parts in its social assessments. It has three features; comments from the objects, comments from the masses, and ethic evaluation.
