不安腿综合征50例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的　进一步探讨不安腿综合征 (RLS)的临床及预后。方法　对已明确诊断的 5 0例RLS患者进行随访 ,分析其临床及预后。结果　RLS在临床上并不少见 ,2 / 3患者发病找不到原因 ,1/ 3患者可能有躯体的一些因素 ,如缺铁性贫血、妊娠、糖尿病等 ,经综合治疗 ,痊愈 2 7例占 5 4 % ,好转 2 3例占 4 6 %。结论　RLS可以治疗 ,预后尚可。
