本文针对中文期刊采购工作中存在的一些问题,讨论了中文期刊订购工作应当严格遵守的订购原则与操作程序上的规范化问题。
According to the problems that exist in the Chinese periodical purchasing process, this article will discuss the regulations that we should precisely hold the standandization of carrying out procedure and other questions during the purchasing process of Chinese periodicals.
