摘要 目前大部分油田已进入开发后期 ,油水井井下套管损坏严重成为制约老油田进一步提高采收率的主要因素之一。套管补贴水泥加固修井技术是针对油水井套管破裂、变形、错断等损坏情况 ,使用管柱将完好套管传输下入套损段 ,配合水泥封堵固井技术 ,将完好套管补贴加固在原套损段上 ,实现老井套管再造的修井工艺技术。该技术原理简单 ,施工方便 ,在胜利油区史南油田史 6- 1 1井上成功应用后 ,为修复套管损坏井正常生产 。 At present, as most developed oil fields entered anaphase, down-hole casings of oil and water well are seriously damaged, and become a limitation factor to improve recovery efficiency of developed oil fields. Aiming at damaged casing, such as casing deformation, failure and dislocation, in order to mend the damaged casing, the well work-over technology of cement casing patch reinforcement transports good casing to the damaged casing place by pipe column and patch the good casing on it by working with the cement plugging technology. The principle of this well work-over technology is simple, and operated easily. It offers precious experience to mend wells with damaged casing and improve the level of reservoir development after successful application in well Shi 6-11 of Shinan oil field in Shengli.
