摘要
杂交瘤技术建立以来,单抗研究走过了漫长而又曲折的历程,分子生物学的发展使单抗从诊断工具变为有效的治疗药物.近时期,单抗作为治疗制品有了迅速的发展,其在生物技术治疗药物的研究开发中占有重要地位.主要阐述了单克隆抗体人源化、核素耦联特异性抗肿瘤抗体、单克隆抗体导向药物、单克隆抗体生产技术、治疗用单抗制剂等5个方面的最新进展.
With the establishment of lymphocyte hybridoma techniques,mAb develop for a long term which changed from diagnose tools to therapeutic medicine.In recent years,mAb as therapeutic medicine develop rapidly.To describe the latest development of the humanized mAb,anti-tumour target radioimmunoconjucate mAb,antibody leading chem,mAb production technology and therapeutic mAb agents et al.
