摘要
个性化是未来社会对人才的要求,而根据教育面向未来的要求,发展学生个性的教育已成为我们体育教学的目标,这就要求高校体育教师要了解学生的个性特征,掌握大学生个性心理品质发展的规律,采用丰富的教学内容、形式和方法来促进学生个性的全面、和谐的发展,更好地完成新时期赋予高校体育教育工作者的历史使命.
Individuation is one of the requirements of future society. So the education which aims at developing the students' individuality becomes the main goal of modern education. That demands the teacher should characteristics use every impossible measures to mastering the of students' individual psychology promote the overall development of the students. So, we can make the historic task bestowed by the new time.
