针对一台HCZW5072机床液压缸在进给阶段不定时地出现颤震甚至爬行现象,通过建模,分析了故障的原因,并找到解决故障的方法.
In this paper,the obstacle of quiver or crawl in the HCZW5072 machine tool hydraulic pressure crock is analyzed with equation of math model while cutting. The obstacle is removed still well.
