近两年,中国乳制品工业快速发展,2003年乳制品工业共完成总产值509.4亿元,同比增长34.51%.虽然乳制品工业的热浪在各地兴起,但由于乳制品市场竞争激烈及个别企业为了私利而造假,使涉及乳制品的风波不断.日前,本刊记者就行业发展及热点问题采访了中国乳制品工业协会宋昆冈理事长.
