摘要
目的 研究高血压家系和非高血压家系后代中CAPN -10基因多态性与高血压家族史、血糖水平的关系。 方法 测定深圳地区 17个高血压家系和 2 2个非高血压家系第一、二代直系家属的血糖水平 ,用PCR单链构型多态法 (SSCP) ,DNA测序分析CAPN10基因多态性 ,分析高血压家系与非高血压家系中CAPN -10基因多态性与血糖关系的差异。 结果 高血压第一、二代家系中 ,凡血糖水平高者其CAPN -10基因均发生变异 ,而非高血压家系及高血压家系血糖水平正常者检测结果则未见这一差异。 结论 CAPN -10基因可能是深圳地区原发性高血压和糖尿病的遗传因素之一。该基因的变异检测对于预测高血压后代是否发生
Objective To study the impact of polymorphism for calpain-10 gene on blood pressure and plasma glucose in the offsprings of hypertensive families and nonhypeitensive families. Methods The plasma glucose were determined in the first and second generate offsprings in 67 hypertensive and 82 nonhypertensive families of Shenzhen. The polymorphism of calpain-10 were detected by PCR-SSCP and DNA sequencing. Results The polymorphsims of calpain-10 gene can be detected in the offsprings of hypertensive families with abnormal plasma glucose but can not be detected in non_hypertensive families. Conclusions The variation of calpain-10 gene has an impact on primary hypertesion and type 2 diabetes in Shenzhen.
