摘要
本文通过中国与印度软件产业的对比分析,说明了计算机软件人才结构的重要性,论证了软件人才的金字塔结构是软件业发展的黄金结构;进而阐明了如何通过发展教育和培训,以及软件考试和认证来构建软件人才金字塔。
This article indicates the importance of appropriate software professional structure through the comparison between the software industry of China and Indian. It is demonstrated that the pyramid structure is the best structure for software professional structure. In addition, the method is also give to construct such pyramid structure by developing education, training, examination and authentication for software professionals.
