摘要
目的 :探讨采用保留齿状线的肛垫部分切除手术治疗环状混合痔的疗效。方法 :采用保留齿状线的肛垫部分切除手术治疗环状混合痔68例 ,并作临床观察。结果 :痊愈59例 (86.8 % ) ,好转6例 (8.8 % )。结论 :该法具有痛苦小、操作安全、疗效迅速可靠 ,无任何并发症和后遗症 。
Objective:To study the curative effect of anal cushin partial excision with retaining linea dentata surgical operation in the treatˉment of circular mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:65cases with circular mixed hemorrhoid were treated by anal cushion partial excision with retaining linea dentata surgical operation,and their curative effects were observed.Results:59cases(90%)were cured and6cases(10%)were on the mend.Conclusion:This method has advantages such as little postoperative pain,safe operation,rapid and reliable curative effect,no complication or sequela and normal defecation function.
