摘要
本文报道了我院4年中经内窥镜诊断的909例消化性溃疡(PU)资料,胃溃疡184例(20.2％),十二指肠溃疡725例(79.8％),男性700例(77.O％),女性209例(23.0％),男女比例3.5:1,胃镜检出率27.1％。对pu的年龄分布、性别比例、溃疡数目、部位及节律性进行探讨。强调了临床上PU的节律性改变的多样化,非典型性,诊断上主要以胃镜检查为主。
This paper reports 909 cases of peptic ulcer (PU) among which 184 were of gastric ulcer (20.2％)and 725 of duodenal ulcer (79.8％). All the cases were diagnosed by means of fiberoptic endoscopy. 700 out of the 909 patients were male (about 77.0％) while the female were 209 (23.0％). All the patients received endoscopic examination and the diagnostic rate of PU was 27.1％. The distribution of PU in different age and sex groups were studied. Both the number and sites of ulcers ang other clinical features were analysed. The result of the study suggested that the diagnosis of PU depended mainly upon the fiberoptie endoscopic examination. Various changes of clinical rhythmic features and atypical manifestations were also considered.
