摘要
通过对近年来国内外有关Wingate无氧功率试验文献的研究,对Wingate无氧功率试验的方法、Wingate无氧功率试验的指标、影响Wingate无氧功率试验的因素等方面进行分析的基础上,指出了Wingate无氧功率试验的方法中存在的优缺点.为Wingate无氧功率试验方法能更好地进行训练监控和机能评价服务.
By using literature research on Wingate anaerobic power test in recent year all over the world, and by analyzing its method, index and effect factor, the author brought forward excellence and shortcoming of the test, hoping the method of Wingate anaerobic power test would be more effective in the control training and enginery estimation.
