摘要
近年来对植物愈伤组织的培养有大量报导(1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)。但对山葡萄(Vitisamurensis Rupr)愈伤组织的培养尚未见报导。本实验目的是利用生长素和激动素诱导山葡萄(Vitisamurensis Rupr)愈伤组织和根的生成,解决北方葡萄栽培过程中快速繁殖嫁接砧木的新途径并讨论山葡萄(Vitisamurensis Rupr)愈伤组织分化能力的主要原因和采取的措施。
Effects of adding different amount of auxin and kinetin for induction of calli and roots in tissue culture of wild grape were studied, and rapid proliferation of the stock plant used to grafting cultural varieties of grapewas discussed in the present paper.
