摘要
通过混炼三要素的分析,对自行开发研制的串联式磨盘螺杆挤出机的混炼机理进行了研究,以聚合物/纳米无机物体系混炼为结合点,与同向平行双螺杆混炼挤出机的混炼效果进行了对比,实验结果表明,该机种具有极好的混炼性能,在高聚物混炼加工领域中具有十分广阔的应用前景。
In this paper, based on analyzing three kneading factors, the kneading mechanism of series disc-screw extruder developed was studied. Combined with kneading of polymer/inorganic nanoparticle system, kneading effect of the equipment was compared with that of co-rotating twin-screw extruder. The results of experiment show that the equipment possesses admirable kneading performance, which indicates that the series disc-screw extruder is of great value in polymer kneading processing.
