摘要
通过临氢微型反应器,在反应压力2 MPa、温度260℃、质量空速2 h-1、氢油摩尔比4:1的条件下,以正已烷为原料对钯质量分数为0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%的五种Pd/Beta催化剂进行了评价,其裂解率分别为2.79%,2.00%,1.13%,0.63%,0.53%,裂解率随着钯质量分数的增加而减少;在考察的范围内,催化剂的活性、选择性、异构化率均随着钯质量分数的增加而上升,钯质量分数为0.3%时,选择性最好为17.94%,钯质量分数大于0.2%时,转化率和异构化率趋于稳定,转化率为82%左右,异构化率为80%左右。
Five Pd/Beta isomerization catalysts with Pd contents of 0. 1%, 0. 2%, 0. 3%, 0.4% and 0. 5% were evaluated in a micro hydrogenation reactor at a reaction condition of 260℃, 2MPa, WHSV 2h-1 and H2/oil rnol ratio 4 : 1, with n-hexane as feedstock. The hydrocracking rates were 2. 79%, 2.00%, 1.13%, 0.63% and 0. 53% respectively, which indicated that the cracking rate decreased with the increase of Pd content; and the catalyst activity, selectivity and isomerization rate increased with Pd content increase. At a Pd content of 0. 3%, the selectivity was the best, which was 17. 94%; at Pd content higher than 0. 2%, the conversion and isomerization rate became stable, which were around 82% and 80% respectively.
