摘要
在短跑训练中应充分注重力量素质的提高 ,使之与速度素质协调发展。力量训练中采用在提高最大力量潜力基础上发展快速力量的方法 。
The strength ability of the sprinters should be emphasized in sprint training to be in accordance with speed ability. The method based on tapping the latent strength power of the sprinters for developing the fast speed ability is effective in increasing the strength ability.
