摘要
以 4 6个甘蓝型油菜双低品种 (系 )作为研究材料 ,利用 37种多态性丰富的随机引物进行了RAPD分析 .结果表明 :所有研究材料分为 3大类 ,所得聚类结果与系统聚类基本一致 ,说明利用RAPD标记可以进行聚类分析 ;从聚类结果来看 ,材料 2 6 (谷城 16 8)与其它材料差异很大 ,可能具有较大的利用价值 ;另外 ,大部分参试材料差异并不明显 ,说明培育更多的优良自交系仍是油菜双低育种工作的重要内容 .
In this study, the RAPD analysis on 46 double low varieties of the Brassic napus has been carried out by using 37 kinds of primaries, which are full of polymorphism. The result showed that all of the varieties were divided into 3 groups; the genetic tree which was constructed by RAPD was in coincidence with system cluster. It confirmed that RAPD technique could be used to study cluster. Cluster analysis showed that Gucheng 168 was divided into 1 group, and it is far more deferent from the others, that is to say, it may be widely used for the future. More of the varieties were inconspicuously deferent , which showed that creating more useful varieties is the task for quality breeding and hybrid breeding in the future.
