摘要
采用空心阴极离子镀的方法在 1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢表面沉积了Ti(C ,N)膜。通过测试膜层基本性能确定了反应气体流量C2 H2 和N2 的最佳比例为 0 1,即C2 H2 为 5mL/min ,N2 为 5 0mL/min。研究了膜层在 75 0℃~ 95 0℃时的抗氧化性能。SEM及XRD分析表明 ,膜层抗氧化性较好 ,尤其在高温状态对基体有很好的保护作用。
The multi-component Ti(C,N) film was deposited on austenite stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti.By measuring the film's basic properties,the optimum flow ratio of reactive gases (C_2H_2 and N_2) was confirmed to be 0.1,with the flow C_2H_2 and N_2 is 5mL/min and 50mL/min respectively.The oxidation resistance of the film at the temperature range of 750℃~950℃ was studied by SEM and XRD analysis,the results show that the Ti(C,N) film has excellent oxidation resistance and can efficiently protect the substrate,especially at high temperature.
