摘要
基于社会转型期的时代特点和大学生的自身特点 ,高校工作者应当充分运用无意识教育来挖掘学生自身潜能 。
On the basis of the features of the times of social transition and the individual characteristics of college students, workers at colleges and universities should make full use of unconscious education to tap students' potentials in order to cultivate the civil quality of the contemporary college students.
