摘要
介绍了颗粒增强铝基复合材料低压铸造的优越性及过程的动态特征。试验测定了含SiC15 %(体积分数 )、基体合金为AlSi7Mg0 .3的复合材料重力铸造和低压铸造的流动性、抗拉强度、延伸率。
The advantages and dynamic characteristics of casting under low pressure with regard to AlSi7Mg0.3/SiC p reinforced aluminium matrix composites are introduced in this paper. The fluidity, tensile strength, elongation, porosity and uniformity are experimentally tested for AlSi7Mg0.3 alloy reinforced with SiC particles.
