摘要
目的:研究紫外线照射对鳞状细胞癌系(SCC)12F细胞中白介素(IL)-1α和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)mRNA表达水平的影响。方法:采用30mJ/cm2剂量的中波紫外线(UVB)照射培养的SCC12F细胞。用RNA印迹法(NorthernBlot)检测IL-1和ATPmRNA表达水平。结果:SCC12F细胞经UVB照射后,IL-1αmRNA表达水平的上调变化在照射后6h和72h时出现两个高峰。ATPmRNA在UV照射后则呈类似的双峰下调变化。结论:SCC12F细胞经UVB照射后,在炎症(或)免疫和消耗能量的条件下,IL-1α和ATPmRNA的表达呈相反的变化效应。
Objective:To investigate the effect of ultraviolet irra diation on IL-1αin squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)12F cells.Meth ods:SCC12F cells were cul tured and treated with30mJ /cm 2 of ultraviolet B(UVB)irradiation.The mRNA ex pres-sions of IL-1αand ATP were detected by Northern Blot.Results:The expression of IL-1αwas up-regulated with two peaks at6hours and72hours re spectively after UVB irradiation.In contrast to IL-1α,the ATP mRNA expression was down-regu-lated with simi lar biphasic peaks.Conclusions:After UVB irradiation,the mRNA expressions of IL-1αand ATP showed op-posite effect because of in flammation/immunity and energy consumption mechanisms in SCC12F cells.
