摘要
北京CBD规划自从出台以来,一直是人们关注的焦点。北京目前的CBD规划虽然总体上较为合理,但仍然存在着一些难以根本解决的矛盾和问题。本文通过分析CBD和Sub-CBD的关系,提出了CBD系统理论,进而以CBD系统理论分析北京CBD的发展问题,从而得出目前北京建立CBD系统比建立单一的CBD更为可行的结论。
Since the program of Beijing CBD was made,it has been the focus concerned by the people.Although the program is reasonable in overall view,there remain some inharmonious points and even serious problems that are hard to handle.This paper analyzes the relation between CBD and Sub-CBD,and puts forward some points on the CBD System Theory,on the basis of which this paper studies further the problems in development of Beijing CBD;finally it draws a conclusion that it is more reasonable to establish the CBD system than a single CBD in Beijing.
