摘要
目的 探讨黏弹剂在穿透性角膜移植术中应用的意义。 方法 术中制作植片、植床缝合植片以及部分病例重建前房时使用黏弹剂。结果 黏弹剂在术中能保护植片上皮和内皮 ,制作植床时可避免损伤虹膜和晶状体 ,利于植片缝合、线结埋藏及前房重建。结论 黏弹剂在穿透性角膜移植术中有重要的辅助作用。
Objective To observe the application of viscoelastics in penetrating keratoplasty. Methods Viscoelastics were used in preparing the graft and the graft bed,stitching the graft,and reconstructing anterior chamber in some cases. Results Viscoelastics can preserve corneal epithelium and endothelium,protect iris and lens from the trauma in preparing the graft bed,profit stitching the graf,burying the suture knot,and reconstructing anterior chamber.Conclusion Viscoelastics play a significant role during penetrating keratoplasty.
