中西医结合终止早孕40例临床观察
Clinical Observation on 40 Cases for Termination of Early Pregnancy by Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine
摘要
目的 观察中西医结合终止早孕的临床效果。方法 口服米非司酮的同时加服中草药 1号方 ,口服米索前列醇后 1h开始加服中草药 2号方直至阴道出血完全停止为止。结果 采用中西医结合的方法可使完全流产率高达 1 0 0 % ,排出孕囊时间较对照组提前 ,阴道出血天数较对照组减少。结论 中西医结合法是药物终止早孕的有效方法。
