摘要
目的 探讨右心室心肌梗死的诊断及治疗。方法 对 32例伴有右心室心肌梗死的诊断及治疗进行分析。结果 下壁及正后壁心肌梗死易合并右心室心肌梗死 ,药物治疗有效率达 84 .4 %。结论 右心室心肌梗死往往与左室心梗并存 。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and therapy of right ventricular cardiac infarction. Method To analyze 32 cases with right ventricular infarction's diagnosis and therapy. Results The lateral and back lateral infarction can easily be presented with right ventricudar infarction , and drugs control can reach 84.4% efficiecy. Conclusion It has always occurred at the same time about right ventricular infarction and left ventricular infarction, and their therapy is very different from simple left ventricular infarction.
