摘要
就检验中发现的案例,通过对照比较后发现《液化气体汽车罐车安全监察规程》与《压力容器安全技术监察规程》及GB150-1998安全泄放量计算公式的差异,参照国际惯例对公式进行分析,提出问题的处理建议。
Differences in the calculation formula of safety discharge amount is found by comparing the Rule for Supervision and Inspection over the Safety of Liquefied Gas Mobile Tank with Rule for Supervision and Inspection over the Safety Technology of Pressure Vessels and GB150-1998 Safety Discharge Amount based on the cases of inspection. Analysis is done for the formula in reference to international practice so that proposal is made for solve the problem.
