摘要
研制了高密度聚乙烯、氯化聚乙烯、超微细氢氧化镁与少量的十溴联苯醚共混复合阻燃材料 ,实验研究材料体系的力学性能和阻燃性能的变化。结果表明 ,氢氧化镁含量增加对材料的拉伸强度有较明显的影响 ,经过硅烷改性的超微细氢氧化镁 ,在适量的范围可以使得材料的耐冲击强度提高 ;硅烷偶联剂处理填料对材料的各力学性能均有改善 ;复合阻燃剂显著提高了材料的阻燃性能 ,在含量为 30份时 ,氧指数达到 2 9,垂直燃烧FV - 1级 。
HDPE and CPE blend fire-resistant materials doped with super fine Mg(OH) 2 and a little decabromo-diphenyloxide have been developed. The mechanical properties and fire-resistance of the blend materials have been investigated experimentally. Experimental results showed that the tensile strength decreases with filler loadings, however, the impact strength increases when adding proper super fine Mg(OH) 2 modified by hydroxyl silicone alkane couple agents. Mechanical properties are improved by hydroxyl silicone alkane. Compound flame-retardant could remarkably improve the fire-resistance. Oxygen index is 29, vertical burn test is FV-1 with faint smoke at 30 PHR filler loadings.
