摘要 本文探讨了空气的湿度对人体舒适性的影响。空气湿度影响着皮肤表面粘液和汗液的蒸发,以及通过皮肤的水分扩散,即影响人体能量代谢平衡,因此影响到人体温度、热感觉。低湿度时皮肤极度的干燥会导致皮肤的损伤、粗糙和不舒适性,甚至削弱皮肤保护功能;高湿度使皮肤的水分含量增加,并关闭汗腺,减少出汗,高湿度还影响到人对织物的触摸感,皮肤表面的高水分与不舒适的关系部分在于皮肤和衣服产生的摩擦;空气质量的清新也受到环境中温度的强烈影响。 Humidity affects our comfort in numerous ways both directly and indirectly. Humidity affects the evaporation of water form mucous and sweating surfaces and its diffusion through the skin. In turn, evaporation affects the energy balance and thereby body temperatures and thermal sensatoin. Low humidity can lead to drying of the skin. Excessive drying of the skin can lead to lesions, skin roughness, discomfort and impair the skin's protective function. At high levels of skin moisture the swelling is sufficient to close or reduce the lumen of sweat glands and reduce sweating. The friction between skin and clothing increases abruptly as the high skin wetness level. Humidity also affects our perception of air quality and that aspect of comfort and satisfaction with environment.
