摘要
根据SL61-2003《水文自动测报系统技术规范》的规定,总结近年来国家防汛指挥系统水情分中心示范区建设项目的实施过程,表述了在遥测站配备数据在站存储模块的重要性和必要性,提出在水文遥测终端RTU内集成固态存储应用模块的基本设计原则和设计思路,最后给出设计案例。
The paper summarizes the implementation and performance of National Flood Control System in hydrological sub-center of pilot projects according to SL61-2003“Regulation for Automatic System for Hydrological Measurement and Report'. The importance and necessity of applying solid-state data-logger for data security storage in telemetric stations are presented. Principles, thinking and cases study for integrating solid-state data-logger in RTU are put forward.
