摘要
通过森林所有制结构、私有制林业发展模式的国际比较。结合我国国情。探索我国非公有制林业今后的发展模式和路径。指出非公有制林业发展中应该注意产权保护、政府管制与支持措施等问题。分析了非公有制林业发展所面临的契机。
According to Chinese status quo as well as the forest construction and the international compare of the developmental mode of the private forestry, the author gives analysis to the opportunities of non-public forestry in China. He thinks that we must pay attention to the protection of property right and the governmental administration and so on.
