摘要
本文从“双师型”高职教师的角色定位入手 ,分析了角色意识的影响与作用 ,阐明了一个大学教师有了较高的学术水平 ,只解决了教什么的问题 ,而具备了良好的角色意识 ,才能更有助于解决怎样教和如何教得更好的问题。
In this article,beginning with positioning of dual role that higher vocational school teachers should play as ”teacher and engineer”, the writer analyzes its effect and action,and proposes that a college teacher has only a higher academic level, and has a better awareness of this role, can he know how to teach and teach better.
