唐山淡水资源危机 ,启动水务革命。农业、工业、生活用水改革迫在眉睫 ,节水措施首当其冲。新能源开发 ,势在必行。
Tangshan fresh water resource is in imminent danger, the revolution of water conservancy will start. The reform on agricultural water, industrial water and living water is just around the corner. The measure of economical on water is in the first place. The exploitation of new energy must be enforced.
