摘要
预算管理是民办高校进行教育活动的前提和基础,制订、实施科学合理的预算管理制度,对优化学校管理,促进学校可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。本文分析了民办高校预算管理的重要意义和存在的问题,对如何搞好民办高校的预算管理提出了建议。
Budget management is the prerequisite and foundation for the non-governmental institutions of higher learning to carry out their economic activities. To work out and implement a scientific and rational budget management system is of great significance for the optimization of the school management and promotion of the school's sustainable development. The paper analyses the importance of the budget management of the non-governmental institutions of higher learning and their existing problems, advancing measures and suggestions to better the budget management in the non-governmental institutions of higher learning.
