摘要
随着互联网的迅猛发展,互联网传播的信息内容已难以控制。加强互联网信息的政府管制和相关立法已势在必行。如何既维护互联网自由开放的特性,又使其得到有效的规范和管理,是当前我国互联网建设要解决的主要问题。
With rapid development of Internet,the informational content conveyed in Internet is becoming uncontrollable.To strengthen the governmental controlling of Internet information and the legislature concerned with will become a natural trend.How to maintain the liberal and open character of Internet and to regulate and manage Internet in an effective way is the key problem to be solved for Internet construction in today's China.
