摘要
广东省珠江三角洲地区的志愿服务与义务工作两种模式存在着政府的控制性差异、成员的民间性差异、项目的灵活性差异、团体的网络性差异和资源的多样性差异。志愿服务与义务工作两种模式都有存在的社会价值。必须突破单一和机械的管理模式,促使服务组织竞争发展,激励服务人员自由创新,为社会结构转型提供探索。
A comparative analysis of the two patterns of voluntary service and obligatory work in Pearl Delta of Guangdong Province has revealed some distinctions such as those in governmental controlling,in the membership,in the elasticity of items,in the network of groups,and in the variety of resource.There is much social value for the two patterns of voluntary service and obligatory work.We therefore ought to overcome unitary and stereotyped pattern of management,to promote a competitive development of the service organizations,and to encourage the servicemen to make free creation in order to offer exploration in the transformation of social structure.
