摘要
介绍了水工弧形钢闸门流激振动的原因及危害,分析了现在工程上对闸门流激振动采取的工程措施及运行措施的局限性,提出了利用MR阻尼器,采用智能控制的手段来解决弧形闸门流激振动的新思路。并简要介绍了MR智能阻尼器的工作特性、智能模糊控制的工作流程图及智能振动控制的优点。这表明,应用智能控制手段来解决水工弧形闸门的振动是可行的,也是必要的。
After a general review on causes and hazard of the flow、induced vibration of a tainter gate, the limitation of engineering and operating measures taken to control the vibration is analyzed. A new thought of employing intelligent control measures by means of MR damper is presented. The working performances of the MR damper, working flow、chart of fuzzy control and the advantages of intelligent control are introduced. The study results indicate that the adopted control measure to solve the vibration problem of the hydraulic tainter gate is necessary and feasible.
