滑动模架法在斜拉桥施工中的应用

摘要 滑动模架法主要应用在连续梁桥主梁施工中,而在斜拉桥中的首次应用则是在公和斜拉桥中.采用该方法施工斜拉桥主梁有两方面的优点:一是可以利用桥下横向立柱的支承减小滑动模架的高度,节省桥下空间;二是可以充分利用前一块件混凝土的养生时间而在模架上进行下一块件的钢筋绑扎等准备工作,加快施工进度.以公和斜拉桥为工程背景,介绍了滑动模架法施工主梁的特点、在施工控制中需要解决的关键问题及解决办法. Movable scaffolding equipment mainly used in continuous beam bridges is initially applied in Gonghe cable-stayed bridges. Such method exhibits two merits. One is that it can reduce the height of movable scaffolding equipment by means of post support under bridges and save space. The other is the construction speed can be accelerated by constructing the next block when the former concrete is protected for intensity. Taking Gonghe cable-stayed bridge as the project background, this paper introduces the characteristics of movable scaffolding equipment, the key problems to be solved and the solutions to the problems.
