摘要
首都电子政务硬件网络平台和各种软硬件系统已初具规模 ,各项业务应用系统建设已经开始启动 ,但是在推进电子政务的信息产业化问题、电子政务投资分散、电子政务平台标准不统一、信息化与政府职能体制冲突问题以及信息化带来的数字鸿沟问题等方面考虑甚少 。
To already the scale has happened for the first time in the hardware network platform and various kinds of soft-hardware systems of Beijing E-government,every business application system construction has already begun to start.Meanwhile respect many problems such as advancing the information industrialization question of E-government,decentralization in investment of E-government, E-government platform standard unify,between informationization and government function system conflict issue and digital divide issue,etc,bring consider very few question.
