摘要
基于矩行波导理论 ,导出了部分填充电介质的本征方程及εr 的表达式 ,利用微波计算机辅助测量系统实现了片状电介质εr 的计算机辅助测量 .
Characteristic equation of partly filling dielectric and expression of ε r was derived on the theory of rectangular waveguide, and computer aided test of sheet dielectric ε r was carried out through microwave computer aided test system.The test result fits nominal value better.
